- Protection of fundamental rights: special attention is paid to the protection of personal data and confidentiality of information;
- Internal control and continuous improvement: the adoption of procedures, safeguards, and periodic audits aims to prevent inefficiencies, wrongdoing, and promote the sustainable growth of the company.
The Company, as part of continuous improvement of its Internal Control and Risk Management System, has formally adopted a “Compliance Policies Package” composed by:

- Internal Regulatory System Policy
- Privacy & Data Protection Policy
Innovo Renewables SpA, through the adoption of these Policies, reflects its intention to ensure an effective Internal Control System, contributing to the definition of clear and shared standards for the responsible management of business processes and the protection of stakeholders, in compliance with relevant regulations.

Innovo Renewables provides a platform for submitting reports relating to the violation of national regulatory provisions, such as offences under Legislative Decree 231/2001 concerning the administrative liability of entities or related violations of the Organisation, Management and Control Model, or reports relating to the violation of European Union regulatory provisions under Annex 1 of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
